Ms. Zhang Lin (張琳) has been a non-executive Director of the Company since 6 March 2012. She graduated from the South China University of Technology (華南理工大學) with a bachelor degree in electrical engineering theory and electronic technology in 1982 and served as a teaching assistant and a lecturer at the same university from 1982 to 1993 and was an associate professor from 1993 to 2003, teaching electrical principles and electronic technology. She is also a non-executive director of Guangzhou R&F Properties Co., Ltd. (廣州富力地產股份有限公司), a company listed on the Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 2777). Ms. Zhang is the sister of Mr. Zhang Li and the aunt of Mr. Zhang Liang, Johnson.
