Mr. Zhang Xianli (張憲利) is the chairman of Kinetic Qinhuangdao and is fully in charge of the overall operation of Kinetic Qinhuangdao. He graduated from Beijing Normal University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in applied psychology.
Since joining the Group in April 2012, he has held several senior management positions in various projects within the Group, possessing many years of management experience in the field of energy development.
