Mr. Chen Biao(陳彪) is the general manager of Kinetic (Qinhuangdao) Energy Co., Limited (力量（秦皇岛）能源有限公司). He is responsible for the overall operation of Kinetic (Qinhuangdao) Energy Co., Limited (力量（秦皇岛）能源有限公司). He graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2012, majoring in civil engineering.
Mr. Chen joined the Group in October 2011 and has served as the sales manager and deputy general manager of Kinetic (Qinhuangdao) Energy Co., Limited (力量（秦皇岛）能源有限公司). In January 2021, Mr. Chen was officially promoted to the general manager of Kinetic (Qinhuangdao) Energy Co., Limited (力量（秦皇岛）能源有限公司).
