Dafanpu Coal Mine

The Dafanpu Coal Mine is located 13km to the southwest of Xuejiawan Town in Zhunge’er Banner, Erdos City of Inner Mongolia, and situated in the southern part of Longwanggou Detailed Exploration Area to the south of Zhunge’er Coal Field. 

The Dafanpu Coal Mine has an area of 9.6106 square kilometers and a construction scale of 5.1 million tonnes/year, and is equipped with a coal processing plant with a washing capacity of 5.0 million tonnes/year. 

The Dafanpu Coal Mine is explored by using both inclined and vertical shafts. A total of 2 inclined shafts and 1 vertical shaft are deployed in the industrial site of the mine. The main inclined shaft has a dip angle of 16° and a slope length of 1,070m, and is equipped with a 1.4m wide-belt conveyor and responsible for lifting the coal generated by the whole mine. The supplementary inclined shaft has a dip angle of 23° and a slope length of 755m, and is equipped with a 3.5m lifting winch and responsible for the lifting of the staff, equipment and materials in the mine; the air return shaft is located at the northern end of the industrial site, with a vertical depth of 318m, and is mainly responsible for the air return of the mine. There are mainly three underground development roadways in the mine, namely the auxiliary transportation roadway, belt conveyor roadway and air return roadway. 

The Dafanpu Coal Mine is equipped with safety monitoring and control system, personnel positioning system, dispatching communication system, administrative communication system, industrial television system, online mine pressure monitoring system, mining broadcast communication system, belt monitoring system, fire beam tube detection system, industrial ring network, safety hazard investigation system and other systems, to provide support for the production systems of the coal mine with first-class technology and the most advanced equipment, thus striving to achieve full digitalization for the coal mine, realize automation and informationalization of the Dafanpu Coal Mine, and ensure the development guided by science and safe and efficient production, so as to gradually move towards intelligent construction, improve mine safety production management capabilities and various safety management levels, and ensure the long-term stability and healthy development of the coal mine.
